The Hulk’s TV Chances Are Pretty High

EW’s James Hibberd reports news from ABC’s Entertainment President Paul Lee that the Hulk’s chances at hitting TV screens are “pretty high.”

“I’m thrilled we have Marvel within our family, it’s a superb opportunity for us,” Lee says. “If you’’e going to bring back a franchise, it’s easier to launch a well-known franchise, but what really distinguishes these are the showrunners — we have A-list showrunners,” Lee says, referring to Guillermo Del Toro and David Eick

The Hulk isn’t the only Marvel project in the works at ABC – AKA Jessica Jones, based on the character from Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Gaydos’ Alias, is also in development, and Lee hints that they may not be the only two Marvel projects that ABC will do.
